Smart Technology: Driving Efficiency in Chicago's Existing Buildings
May 14, 2024 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
(CDT)
Description
In today's market, new building projects are often stalling or getting canceled due to high capital cost, low office occupancy, or other economic headwinds. As a result, more focus is being placed on improving the existing building stock within our cities. This creates a rich environment to grow design skills and strategies related to building retrofits across all market sectors.
BOMA/Chicago has partnered with Illinois Green Alliance to host an event about retrofits and other strategies from experts. This program will discuss how you can improve your day-to-day operations and monitor performance through smart technologies.
